Description

A refreshing and creamy salad made with crisp cucumbers, sweet apples, and boiled eggs, tied together with a zesty dressing.


Ingredients

  • 1 Cucumber
  • 4 Eggs (boiled)
  • 1 Apple
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 small Onion
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Peel the cucumber and cut it into thin slices.
  2. Peel the boiled eggs and chop them into small pieces.
  3. Core and chop the apple into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Dice the tomatoes and onions.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the salad ingredients (cucumber, eggs, apple, tomatoes, and onions).
  6. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
