Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned and cooked through, approximately 5 to 7 minutes.
- Add diced red onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for 2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in bell peppers, zucchini, and carrots. Sauté for 4 to 5 minutes until vegetables begin to soften.
- Add frozen peas and cook for 2 minutes more.
- Pour in heavy cream and broth. Sprinkle in ranch seasoning mix and stir to combine thoroughly.
- Bring to a gentle simmer and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until the sauce thickens and vegetables are tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot over cooked pasta or rice. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
