Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook fettuccine until al dente according to package directions; reserve some cooking water, then drain the pasta.
 - In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef with chopped onion and diced bell peppers until beef is browned and vegetables are softened; drain excess fat.
 - Reduce heat to medium, stir in heavy cream and paprika, and let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes to thicken and develop flavors.
 - Add the drained fettuccine to the skillet, toss to coat in the creamy sauce, and use a splash of reserved pasta water if needed for consistency. Serve immediately.
