  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cups broccoli florets (steamed or cooked)

  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

1. Cook the Chicken

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken pieces, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning (if using).
  3. Cook until golden brown and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.

2. Prepare the Sauce

  1. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  2. Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine.
  3. Gradually add Parmesan cheese, stirring continuously until melted and smooth.
  4. Add red pepper flakes if using.

3. Combine & Serve

  1. Cook tortellini according to package instructions, then drain.
  2. Stir in the cooked tortellini, chicken, and steamed broccoli into the sauce.
  3. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, adding extra chicken broth if needed for consistency.

4. Garnish & Enjoy
