Description

Creamy Fruit Salad Rollups are a delicious and easy treat that combines a blend of fresh fruits with a creamy filling, all wrapped in tortillas.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large tortillas made from wheat flour
  • 226 grams of softened cream cheese
  • 30 grams powdered sugar
  • 5 millilitres of vanilla extract
  • 150 grams of a mix of fresh fruits like strawberries, blueberries, and diced kiwi

Instructions

  1. Take a medium bowl. Beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract together until it’s smooth and creamy. Make sure you mix it well.
  2. On a clean surface, lay the flour tortillas flat. Spread the cream cheese mix generously on each, but leave about 1.5 centimetres around the edges free.
  3. Evenly distribute the diced fresh fruits over the cream cheese mix. This way, every bite has a nice balanced flavor.
  4. Tightly roll each tortilla from one end to the other. Tuck the sides inward while rolling to keep the filling inside.
  5. Grab a sharp knife and slice each roll into bite-sized pieces. Arrange them on a platter for serving.

Notes

  • Feel free to customize the fruit mix according to your preference.
  • This treat is best served fresh, but leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a day.
