- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a baking dish or individual ramekins.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper if using, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
- Gently fold in the lump crab meat to the mixture, careful not to break up the meat too much.
- Spoon the crab mixture into the prepared baking dish or divide it among ramekins.
- In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs with a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Top the crab mixture evenly with breadcrumbs for a crunchy topping.
- Place in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
- Once out of the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, then garnish with chopped green onions for an added touch of flavor.
- Carefully transfer to serving plates or serve directly from the baking dish. Enjoy while warm!
