Description

Cranberry Pecan Cheese Log is a delightful and festive appetizer perfect for any holiday gathering.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh chives, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine the chopped pecans, dried cranberries, and chives.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and grated cheddar cheese together. Stir in half of the pecan mixture.
  3. Place the cheese mixture onto a piece of cling film and mold it into a log shape. Wrap it tightly and refrigerate for at least one hour.
  4. Once chilled, spread the remaining pecan mixture on a chopping board. Unwrap the cheese log and coat it evenly with the pecan mixture.
  5. Slice the cheese log with a sharp knife and serve with crackers.
