Description
Crack Burgers Bacon Cheddar is a delicious burger recipe packed with flavor from crispy bacon and creamy cheddar cheese, perfect for any burger lover.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 1/2 pounds ground chuck
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 tablespoons ranch dressing mix
- 1/3 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 hamburger buns
- Lettuce leaves
- Sliced tomato
- Yellow mustard
- Mayonnaise
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground chuck, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until ingredients are just evenly distributed, taking care not to overwork the meat.
- Divide the mixture into 6 equal portions and form into hamburger patties of uniform thickness. Press a slight dimple in the center of each patty to help ensure even cooking.
- Preheat grill, grill pan, or skillet to medium heat. Grill the patties to preferred doneness—approximately 130-135°F for medium-rare, 140-145°F for medium, and 160°F for well-done—flipping them carefully. Allow the patties to rest a few minutes before assembly.
- Toast hamburger buns if desired. Place grilled patties on buns and top with lettuce, sliced tomato, mustard, and mayonnaise. Add additional toppings as preferred and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, consider adding jalapeños or hot sauce to the patties.
- Feel free to customize the toppings based on personal preferences.
- Be sure not to overcook the patties for the best juicy results.
