Description

Delicious easy-to-make Cinnamon Sugar Biscuit Bites that are perfect for a sweet snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits, 16 oz, 8 count
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Separate the biscuits and cut each into 4 uniform pieces. Arrange the pieces evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until the biscuit pieces are lightly golden brown.
  4. While the biscuits bake, mix the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon in a small bowl until well blended.
  5. Remove baked biscuit pieces from the oven and allow them to cool for about 5 minutes.
  6. Dip each biscuit piece in the melted butter, ensuring full coverage, then immediately roll it in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until evenly coated.
  7. Arrange biscuit bites on a serving platter and serve warm.
