Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- If desired, divide melted chocolate into small bowls and tint each with food coloring.
- Dip pretzel sticks about halfway into the chocolate. Gently shake off excess.
- Lay dipped pretzels on parchment paper and decorate immediately with sprinkles.
- Let sit at room temperature (or refrigerate for faster setting) until chocolate is firm.
