Description

Christmas Energy Bites are a festive, no-bake treat that are easy to make and perfect for the holiday season.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups quick oats
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • Christmas Mini M&Ms

Instructions

  1. Add the quick oats to a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add the peanut butter and honey and stir until well combined. If time permits, chill the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes so it will be easier to work with.
  3. Portion out the dough into Tablespoon-sized balls.
  4. Press the M&Ms into the balls, and roll again if needed so they are round in shape. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Feel free to substitute the peanut butter with any nut or seed butter.
  • Store the energy bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
  • These bites can be made ahead of time for holiday parties or gifts.
