Description

Delicious and festive Christmas Crinkle Cookies that are easy to make and perfect for holiday celebrations.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 436 g white cake mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • Red food colouring
  • Green food colouring

Instructions

  1. Mix cake mix, oil, and eggs in a medium bowl. NOTE: If you find your dough too sticky you can add 1-2 tbsps of flour and knead until less sticky.
  2. Once mixed, cut dough in half and dye to desired colour.
  3. Place dough in the fridge covered with plastic wrap or lid for thirty minutes.
  4. Preheat oven to 375 F.
  5. Roll tablespoon size balls in powdered sugar.
  6. Place on baking sheet with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 8 minutes at 375 degrees F.
  8. Remove and let cool before serving.

Notes

  • Ensure to chill the dough to make it easier to handle.
  • You can use different food colourings for variety.
