Chopped Club Sliders Bites are a delicious combination of savory meats, fresh vegetables, and melted cheese, all piled between buttery Hawaiian rolls, making them a perfect snack or party appetizer.

- 12 count Savory Butter Hawaiian Rolls
- 3 slices Colby Jack cheese
- Mayonnaise
- 2 cups lettuce, chopped
- 6 slices turkey deli meat, chopped
- 6 slices ham deli meat, chopped
- 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice rolls horizontally and separate the top from the bottom. Place 3 slices of cheese on the top portion of the rolls, and spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on the bottom portion.
- Transfer rolls to a baking sheet and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the bread is toasted.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped lettuce, ham, turkey, and crumbled bacon. Gradually add small amounts of mayonnaise while stirring until the desired consistency is reached. Season with black pepper to taste.
- Spread the prepared mixture evenly onto the bottom portion of the toasted rolls. Cover with the top portion of the rolls. Serve and enjoy.
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding sliced tomatoes or pickles to the mixture.
- These sliders can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
