Description

Delicious chocolate and peppermint treats made on graham crackers, perfect for holiday celebrations.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 11 oz milk chocolate, melted
  • 11 oz white chocolate, melted
  • 4 peppermint candy canes, crushed
  • 24 graham cracker squares (or 12 full-size crackers)

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the milk chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth (approximately 90 seconds total).
  2. Dip one end of each graham cracker square into the melted milk chocolate and place on parchment paper. Repeat for all graham crackers.
  3. Allow the milk chocolate-dipped graham crackers to set completely.
  4. Melt the white chocolate in the same manner as the milk chocolate, using 30-second intervals and stirring until smooth.
  5. Dip the other end of each graham cracker square into the melted white chocolate and immediately sprinkle with the crushed candy canes.
  6. Allow the white chocolate-dipped graham crackers to set completely.
