Description

A rich and creamy dessert salad that combines chocolate pudding, marshmallows, and nuts for a delightful treat.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 13.9 ounce box instant chocolate fudge pudding
  • 1 cup milk
  • 18 ounce container Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 ½ cups miniature marshmallows
  • ¾ cup miniature chocolate chips + extra
  • ¾ cup diced almonds + extra
  • marshmallow bits for garnish, if desired

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the pudding and milk until dissolved and thickened. Fold in all of the Cool Whip.
  2. Stir in the marshmallows, chocolate chips, and almonds. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  3. Serve with marshmallow bits and extra mini chocolate chips and almonds on top.

Notes

  • Make sure to allow the salad to chill for at least an hour for best flavor.
  • This dessert can easily be stored in the refrigerator for a couple of days.
