- 375 ml liquid coffee creamer
- 60 g unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 150 g fresh cherries, diced, plus extra for garnish
- 90 g mini chocolate chips, plus extra for garnish
- 225 g dark chocolate cream cheese spread
- chocolate syrup, for drizzling
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and sugar. Form a well in the center.
- Add eggs, liquid coffee creamer, melted butter, and vanilla extract into the well. Using a fork, blend until a smooth batter forms.
- Gently stir diced cherries and mini chocolate chips into the batter until evenly distributed.
- Preheat and lightly grease the waffle iron. Drop spoonfuls of batter onto the heated plates. Cook until waffles are golden and set, according to waffle iron instructions.
- Remove waffles carefully. Serve immediately topped with extra cherries, chocolate chips, a generous dollop of dark chocolate cream cheese, and a drizzle of chocolate syrup.
