Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix
  • 1 tube Pillsbury Pizza Dough
  • 5 colby jack and cheddar cheese sticks, halved
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • Chopped jalapeños (optional)
  • Black olives (optional)
  • Chopped onions or bell peppers (optional)
  • Fresh cilantro (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat and add taco seasoning.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough and cut into 10 equal rectangles.
  4. Spoon a portion of the seasoned beef onto each rectangle, add a halved cheese stick, and roll the dough around the filling, sealing the edges.
  5. Place the taco sticks seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Brush with melted garlic butter and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
