Delicious and cheesy bites filled with spinach and artichokes, perfect for any party or gathering.
Ingredients

- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package of puff pastry, thawed
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
- Add chopped spinach, artichokes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut into small squares.
- Place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold the pastry over to create bites and seal the edges.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

- Can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
