Ingredients

  • ½ cup pizza sauce, plus extra for dipping
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 16 slices pepperoni
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Olive oil cooking spray (optional for crispiness)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  2. Place all four tortillas flat on your work surface, making sure they’re at room temperature so they roll easily without cracking.
  3. Spread about 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce evenly on each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges for rolling.
  4. Sprinkle ¼ cup of mozzarella cheese over the sauce on each tortilla, then arrange 4 pepperoni slices on top of the cheese.
