A delicious fusion of cheese tortellini and pepperoni pizza that brings cheesy goodness and comfort food together.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 16 ounces cheese-stuffed tortellini
  • 2 ounces pepperoni, quartered
  • Sliced pepperoni for topping
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 8 ounces original Velveeta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded cheese blend (including mozzarella)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (for topping)
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook garlic cloves until golden and fragrant.
  3. Add whole milk and dry Italian seasoning to the skillet. Warm until the milk starts to steam, stirring occasionally.
  4. Reduce heat to low. Stir in Velveeta cheese and shredded cheese blend until fully melted and smooth.
  5. Add cooked cheese tortellini and quartered pepperoni to the sauce. Stir gently for one minute to combine and heat through.
  6. Transfer the mixture into a casserole dish. Spoon pizza sauce over the top and swirl gently.
  7. Layer sliced pepperoni and sprinkle shredded mozzarella evenly over the surface.
  8. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes until bubbly.
  9. Finish by broiling on high for 3 to 4 minutes to achieve a golden brown top.

Notes

  • You can substitute the cheese blend with your favorite variety of cheeses.
  • Adjust the quantity of pepperoni based on your preference.
  • For a spicier kick, consider adding crushed red pepper flakes.
