Description

Cheese Ham Egg Rolls are a delicious breakfast treat combining savory ham, melted cheese, and scrambled eggs wrapped in pizza dough, baked to perfection.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz deli ham, sliced thin
  • 8 oz cheddar cheese, halved slices
  • 1 pack (13.8 oz) of pizza dough
  • 6 eggs, cooked any way you like
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon Italian herbs

Instructions

  1. Set your oven to heat at 350°F (175°C) and place parchment paper on a baking sheet.
  2. Whisk and scramble the eggs however you like them, then set aside for later.
  3. Spread the pizza dough on a clean, floured countertop and roll it into a rectangle about 10×15 inches.
  4. Take 1/3 of the eggs and place them along one long edge of the dough. Over the eggs, lay 1/3 of the cheese slices, and then add 1/3 of the ham.
  5. Roll the dough once, like a cinnamon roll, and repeat the layering with the rest of the ingredients two more times.
  6. Place the rolled-up breakfast dough onto your baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Combine the melted butter with garlic powder and Italian herbs, then brush it all over the top of the roll.
  8. Pop it in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, until the top turns golden. Slice it up and enjoy warm.
