			- 10.5 ounces penne pasta
 - 8.8 ounces shrimp, peeled
 - 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
 - 1.5 cups Alfredo sauce
 - 1 bell pepper, diced
 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
 
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook penne pasta until al dente; drain and set aside.
 - Sauté peeled shrimp with Cajun seasoning in a skillet over medium heat until pink and opaque, about 3 minutes.
 - In a large bowl, mix cooked penne, sautéed shrimp, Alfredo sauce, and diced bell pepper until thoroughly combined.
 - Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and evenly sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the top.
 - Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 20 minutes, or until cheese is golden and bubbling.
 
Notes
- Feel free to adjust the level of Cajun seasoning based on your spice preference.
 - For a lighter version, you can use a low-fat Alfredo sauce.
 - This dish can be easily made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
