Description

As a passionate home cook, I find joy in creating dishes that bring people together. One of my all-time favorite party snacks is the Buffalo Chicken Ranch Pinwheels. These delightful bites are not just a treat for the taste buds; they also pack a punch of flavor that can turn any gathering into a celebration. I remember the first time I made these pinwheels for a game night with friends. The moment I set them on the table, the aroma of spicy buffalo sauce and creamy ranch dressing filled the air, and I could see the excitement in everyone’s eyes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1/2 cup diced celery (for added crunch)
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (for a tangy twist)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (for extra flavor)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped green onions. Mix until well combined.
  2. Spread a generous amount of the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
  3. Starting from one end, roll the tortilla tightly into a log shape. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  4. Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Once chilled, slice each roll into bite-sized pinwheels and serve.

Notes

  • Chill the pinwheels for at least 30 minutes for easier slicing.
  • Use a sharp knife for clean cuts when slicing the pinwheels.
  • These pinwheels can be made a day in advance.
