Ingredients

  • 1 premade graham cracker crust (9-inch)
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz whipped topping
  • 21 oz blueberry pie filling
  • Optional: whipped cream
  • Optional: fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Add whipped topping to the cream cheese mixture and mix until uniform.
  3. Add ¼ cup of blueberry pie filling. Using a spatula, stir just until mixed.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the premade graham cracker crust.
  5. Refrigerate for 4 hours or until the pie is set.
  6. Spread the remaining blueberry pie filling over the top of the pie. If desired, garnish with whipped cream and fresh blueberries.
