Instructions
- Prepare the cream cheese filling by beating the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract together until smooth.
 - Gently fold in the blueberries into the cream cheese mixture.
 - Assemble the egg rolls by placing a spoonful of filling in the center of an egg roll wrapper and rolling it up tightly.
 - Fry the egg rolls in hot vegetable oil until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
