- 10 to 12 jalapeños, halved lengthwise and seeded

- 1/3 cup blueberry preserves or fresh blueberries
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest (optional)
- Pinch of sea salt
- Fresh thyme or parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove seeds, leaving a few seeds for extra heat if desired.
- Arrange jalapeño halves cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet and place a cube of brie in each cavity.
- Spoon a small amount of blueberry preserves or a few fresh blueberries over each brie-filled jalapeño.
- Drizzle lightly with honey. Sprinkle with chopped nuts, lemon zest, and a pinch of sea salt if desired.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until the jalapeños are slightly softened and the brie is melted.
- Garnish with chopped fresh thyme or parsley if desired and serve warm.
