Description

Beef Cheddar Sliders are delicious and easy to make, perfect for a quick meal or party snack.


Ingredients

Scale
  • Half of a 15 oz can of cheddar cheese sauce
  • 3/4 pound of sliced roast beef
  • 12-pack of Hawaiian slider rolls
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon of chopped dried onions
  • Arby’s style barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. Cut the slider rolls in half and arrange the bottoms in a buttered pan or baking sheet.
  2. Lay roast beef on each roll, then add a spoonful of cheese sauce on top.
  3. Pour Arby’s barbecue sauce over the cheese, then cover with the tops of the rolls.
  4. Melt butter in the microwave and mix in onion powder, garlic powder, and minced onion. Stir till combined.
  5. Brush the melted butter mix over the rolls and sprinkle with extra onions if you’d like.
  6. Pop it in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10-12 minutes.
  7. Serve right away, maybe with extra sauce on the side for dipping.

Notes

  • Feel free to add more cheese or different types of cheese if you prefer.
  • These sliders are best enjoyed fresh out of the oven.
  • Adjust the amount of barbecue sauce according to your taste.
