Description
Beef Cheddar Sliders are delicious and easy to make, perfect for a quick meal or party snack.
Ingredients

- Half of a 15 oz can of cheddar cheese sauce
- 3/4 pound of sliced roast beef
- 12-pack of Hawaiian slider rolls
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of chopped dried onions
- Arby’s style barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Cut the slider rolls in half and arrange the bottoms in a buttered pan or baking sheet.
- Lay roast beef on each roll, then add a spoonful of cheese sauce on top.
- Pour Arby’s barbecue sauce over the cheese, then cover with the tops of the rolls.
- Melt butter in the microwave and mix in onion powder, garlic powder, and minced onion. Stir till combined.
- Brush the melted butter mix over the rolls and sprinkle with extra onions if you’d like.
- Pop it in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10-12 minutes.
- Serve right away, maybe with extra sauce on the side for dipping.
Notes
- Feel free to add more cheese or different types of cheese if you prefer.
- These sliders are best enjoyed fresh out of the oven.
- Adjust the amount of barbecue sauce according to your taste.
