Description
BBQ Cheddar Bacon Bombs are savory and delicious meatballs wrapped in crispy bacon and filled with melted cheddar cheese, perfect for any barbecue or gathering.

			- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
 - 8 slices bacon
 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
 - 1/2 tsp onion powder
 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
 - 1/2 tsp black pepper
 - 1 tsp salt
 - 1 egg
 - 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
 - 1 lb ground beef
 
Instructions
- Set your oven to heat up to 375°F (190°C).
 - In a mixing bowl, throw together the beef, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
 - Take bits of the mixture and mold them around small pieces of cheddar cheese.
 - Wrap a piece of bacon tightly around each meatball.
 - Arrange everything on a baking tray, slather BBQ sauce on top, and bake for about 25-30 minutes until the bacon gets crispy.
 - Serve them up nice and warm.
 
Notes
- Make sure the bacon is tightly wrapped to prevent cheese from leaking out during cooking.
 - You can adjust the spices based on your preference.
 - These bombs can also be grilled for a different flavor.
