Description

A delicious and savory BBQ Bacon Ranch BLT Sandwich that elevates your lunch experience.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 slices thick-cut bacon
  • 2 sandwich buns, split and toasted
  • 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices fresh tomato
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook bacon slices for 6–8 minutes until nearly crisp.
  2. Brush both sides of the bacon with BBQ sauce. Cook for an additional 1–2 minutes, flipping once, until glossy and caramelized. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
  3. Toast sandwich buns in a skillet with a small amount of butter or under the broiler until golden and lightly crisped.
  4. If using cheddar, place a slice on the lower half of each bun and broil for 1–2 minutes until melted and bubbling.
  5. On the bottom half of each bun, arrange cheese (if using), 3 strips of BBQ bacon, 2 tomato slices, a generous portion of shredded lettuce, and drizzle with ranch dressing.
  6. Cover with the top bun and serve immediately. Optional: offer additional ranch or BBQ sauce on the side for dipping.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, consider adding jalapeños to the sandwich.
  • Feel free to substitute turkey bacon for a healthier option.
  • This sandwich pairs well with crispy fries or a fresh salad.
