Ingredients
Scale
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed

- ½ cup cranberry sauce, store-bought or homemade
- 2 tbsp candied pecans, chopped (optional)
- Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a mini muffin tin to prevent sticking.
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry and cut into 12 equal squares. Press each square gently into the muffin cups to form a base.
- Place one cube of brie into each pastry cup. Spoon cranberry sauce over the cheese, then sprinkle chopped candied pecans if desired.
- Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until the pastry is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes, then garnish each bite with a small rosemary sprig before serving.
Notes
- For a more flavorful filling, consider adding a touch of orange zest to the cranberry sauce.
- These bites can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
- For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free pastry dough.
