Description

A quick and delicious morning treat made with mini bagels, cheese, eggs, and bacon.


Ingredients

  • 6 mini bagels
  • 6 slices of cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • 6 slices of cooked bacon
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice each mini bagel in half.
  3. In a skillet, cook the eggs, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  4. Assemble the sliders by placing an egg, a slice of cheese, and bacon on each bagel half.
  5. Place the assembled sliders on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese melts.
