A delicious and hearty twist on a classic cheeseburger, this Bacon Cheeseburger Pie is perfect for a cozy dinner.

- 1 pound ground beef
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup Bisquick (or similar baking mix)
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a 9-inch pie dish.
- In a skillet, brown ground beef with diced onion until fully cooked; drain excess fat and season with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Spread beef mixture in the pie dish. Sprinkle crumbled bacon and cheddar cheese (and mozzarella if using) on top.
- In a bowl, whisk together milk, Bisquick, and eggs until smooth. Pour evenly over the beef and cheese mixture.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the top is golden and the pie is set. Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- You can add your favorite toppings such as pickles or tomatoes after baking for extra flavor.
- This dish can be made ahead of time and reheated in the oven.
