Description

A refreshing and delicious fall treat that combines vanilla bean ice cream with apple cider for a delightful float.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 240 ml vanilla bean ice cream
  • 240 ml cold apple cider or sparkling apple cider
  • Red apple slices
  • Cinnamon stick
  • Whole star anise
  • Cinnamon sugar

Instructions

  1. Add vanilla bean ice cream to a tall glass, filling it approximately two-thirds full.
  2. Gently pour chilled apple cider or sparkling cider over the ice cream. If using sparkling cider, pour slowly to control foaming.
  3. Top with red apple slices, a cinnamon stick, and whole star anise. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar over the glass and float.
  4. Present immediately and enjoy while cold.

Notes

  • For a sweeter float, use sparkling apple cider.
  • This recipe is best enjoyed fresh to maintain the ice cream’s texture.
