- 240 ml vanilla bean ice cream
- 240 ml cold apple cider or sparkling apple cider
- Red apple slices
- Cinnamon stick
- Whole star anise
- Cinnamon sugar
Instructions
- Add vanilla bean ice cream to a tall glass, filling it approximately two-thirds full.
- Gently pour chilled apple cider or sparkling cider over the ice cream. If using sparkling cider, pour slowly to control foaming.
- Top with red apple slices, a cinnamon stick, and whole star anise. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar over the glass and float.
- Present immediately and enjoy while cold.
Notes
- For a sweeter float, use sparkling apple cider.
