A quick and delicious Air Fryer Tortilla Pizza recipe that is easy to make and perfect for a quick meal or snack.

- 2 (8-inch) flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or cooking spray
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 6–8 slices pepperoni or toppings of choice
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
- In a small bowl, mix together the grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
- Brush both tortillas with olive oil or spray with cooking spray on one side and sprinkle half of the seasoning mixture over the oiled side.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly on each tortilla and top with pepperoni slices and shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Sprinkle the remaining seasoning mixture over the cheese.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place one tortilla pizza in it.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes until the edges are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove the basket from the unit and let the pizza sit for 2-3 minutes.
- Carefully remove the first pizza and cook the second pizza using the same process.
- Cut each pizza into triangles and serve immediately.

- Feel free to add your favorite toppings to customize the pizza.
