Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, blend milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry and stir until a soft dough forms.
- Lightly flour hands and shape dough into 1-inch balls, approximately 1 tablespoon each.
- Place donut holes in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each.
- Cook for 7 to 8 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and cooked through.
- While warm, dip each donut hole in melted butter, then roll in cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Sprinkle with festive holiday sprinkles before serving warm.
