Description
Air Fryer 3 Cheese Biscuit Bombs are delicious, cheesy treats that are crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 can large refrigerated biscuit dough
- 170 grams cheddar cheese, cut into 16 cubes
- 170 grams Monterey Jack cheese, cut into 16 cubes
- 170 grams mozzarella cheese, cut into 16 cubes
- 15 milliliters butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Slice cheddar, Monterey Jack, and mozzarella into 16 equal cubes each and set aside.
- Open the biscuit can and separate each biscuit. Split each biscuit in half to create 16 pieces, then flatten each into a round disc.
- Position one cube each of cheddar, Monterey Jack, and mozzarella in the center of each flattened dough disc.
- Fold the edges over the cheese and pinch seams tightly to fully seal each ball.
- Place the sealed dough balls in the air fryer basket, ensuring they do not touch. Depending on basket size, cook in batches if needed.
- Brush melted butter over the tops using a pastry brush, then evenly sprinkle Italian seasoning.
- Cook at 175°C (350°F) for 6 minutes until deep golden brown. Check at 5 minutes; times may vary by machine.
- Remove from air fryer and let cool for several minutes before serving. Enjoy with a bowl of marinara sauce if desired.
Notes
- Ensure the cheese cubes are properly sealed within the dough to prevent leaking during cooking.
- Experiment with different cheese combinations to suit your taste.
