Description

A refreshing and nutritious acai bowl perfect for breakfast, packed with berries and topped with your favorites.


Ingredients

  • 2 packets frozen acai or 2 tbsp acai powder
  • 1 cup frozen berries of choice
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice or apple juice
  • 1 frozen banana, or 1/2 cup chopped frozen pineapple
  • Sweetener of choice, as desired
  • Toppings of choice

Instructions

  1. If using frozen acai, thaw it first so it softens.
  2. Blend all smoothie ingredients except the toppings together until smooth.
  3. Pour the blended mixture into bowls or glasses and garnish with your desired toppings.

  • Feel free to customize the toppings based on your preference.
  • For a thicker consistency, use less liquid.
