- 1 cup frozen berries of choice
- 1/2 cup milk of choice or apple juice
- 1 frozen banana, or 1/2 cup chopped frozen pineapple
- Sweetener of choice, as desired
- Toppings of choice
Instructions
- If using frozen acai, thaw it first so it softens.
- Blend all smoothie ingredients except the toppings together until smooth.
- Pour the blended mixture into bowls or glasses and garnish with your desired toppings.
