Description

A delicious and easy-to-make treat that combines Oreo cookies and chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 20 Oreo cookies, roughly chopped
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup crushed pretzels
  • 1/4 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth.
  3. Spread the melted white chocolate evenly over the parchment paper.
  4. Sprinkle the chopped Oreo cookies, crushed pretzels, and mini marshmallows over the white chocolate layer.
  5. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips in the microwave using the same method.
  6. Drizzle the melted semi-sweet chocolate over the top of the white chocolate and toppings.
  7. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or until the bark is fully set.
  8. Once hardened, break into pieces and serve.
