- 20 Oreo cookies, roughly chopped
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup crushed pretzels
- 1/4 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth.
- Spread the melted white chocolate evenly over the parchment paper.
- Sprinkle the chopped Oreo cookies, crushed pretzels, and mini marshmallows over the white chocolate layer.
- Melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips in the microwave using the same method.
- Drizzle the melted semi-sweet chocolate over the top of the white chocolate and toppings.
- Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or until the bark is fully set.
- Once hardened, break into pieces and serve.
